Our Chapel

At Bluebell Cemetery & Crematorium, we offer a fully air-conditioned, modern chapel designed to provide a comfortable and serene venue for your service. We allow up to one hour in the chapel for services with times being spaced 75 minutes apart. Our service times help to provide a relaxed setting and avoid the conveyor belt process at some crematoriums. There is also the option to book additional time in one-hour slots.

The non-denominational chapel can be personalised to reflect any religion or belief, ensuring that the funeral service is as personal and unique as you wish. With seating for 100 guests, plus additional standing room in the chapel and large entrance hall, we can accommodate services with a large attendance. For larger gatherings the service can be relayed to the screen in the entrance hall and via speakers to the chapel terrace. The bi-fold doors at the side of the chapel can also be opened for services with a particularly large attendance.

Our chapel is equipped with the Obitus Music system, offering an extensive library of music choices, including hymns, classical, and popular tracks, allowing you to create a meaningful and personalised service. To further personalise the service we offer options for visual tributes, with there also being the opportunity to webcast and record the service for those unable to attend in person. For those families that want to treasure the memory of the service there is a choice of keepsake options that include a Video Book, Memory Box, USB and DVD.

The chapel is well-appointed with a waiting room and toilets for your convenience. Any floral tributes left following a service will be displayed on the chapel terrace for one week.

Additionally, the chapel is available for memorial services, providing a tranquil setting for reflection and remembrance.
